Product:

  • While we have done our best to provide an accurate picture of the products colour, position, texture and scale please note that the finished product may be slightly different than what may appear in the preview due to different lighting and settings.
  • We all know how eager our little ones are to explore the world around them but with this excitement can come the unknown dangers of heights so with that being said we would like to remind you to NEVER LEAVE your baby unattended whilst using a changing mat on a raised surface regardless how high or low.
  • Please do not use any harmful chemicals on your product, for more cleaning information please see our Care Instructions page.
  • The below picture gives you a look at the 3 different changing mats side by side.

Production:

  • All orders are taken through our website.
  • Once your order and payment has been received you will be sent a payment confirmation and your order will go into production.
  • All of our products currently have a production time of up to 3 weeks due to COVID-19 however we aim to get these too you sooner.
  • Unfortunately we cannot take requests for early delivery at this moment however if we do have extra stock on hand your order will be sent out right away.
  • If you are worried that you haven't heard from us since your payment confirmation, don't be....We will be in touch with an update once your order is ready to be sent out or if there are any delays during your orders production.
  • Sometimes our emails may end up in your junk/spam box so we recommend adding checking these for updates and adding our email to you safe email list.
  • We understand the suspense and excitement during the production time and we just ask for your patience during those 3 weeks, trusting that we will be in touch once your order is ready to be sent out. Our aim is to ensure we have enough stock on hand allowing us to send you your product in the quickest turnaround but given the current climate we would like to make you aware of the situations and delays prior to any confusion.
